Sri Sri Yoga TTC2- Howick 2008

I had the time of my life of Sri Sri Yoga TTC2 @ Howick High School! It was two weeks of intensive yoga & knowledge sessions as well as anatomy & physiology- we have to know how the human body works ;-) Krishanji was just amazing... He molded our bodies with late afternoon "Lazy Yoga" sessions and softened out hearts under stary-skyies! As an April Fool's Joke, we gathered in the center of the sports field- blankets and jackets to warm us & sang Bajan's like devoted Goupi's, surrendering to Krishna's divine knowledge...

The morning I taught my first Sri Sri Yoga class- Guruji's grace flowed through me... I will forever remember the feeling! This holistic approach to yoga is like nothing I've ever experienced before & I feel so0 fortunate to share it with others. The night before our exam- we thought we'd be cleaver & cram in the last bits of knowledge, but Krishanji had other plans for us... Instead we gathered for "Moon Yoga" which made me soo relaxed, I tackled my exam with ease :-)

To my surprise, I connected with four Awsome "Sanga Sista's" whom I shared a room with... Aneshree, Bhamini, Christelle & Susan! We shared tears, laughter and even sweet treats and salty snax! I'd like to thank Gill (Israel) and Christelle (SA) for challenging me in our group, aptly named "The 3 Musketeers". The day we taught Yoga as a group, reminded me that I'm not better off alone!! This is my journey along the MIDDLE PATH... Blessings & love

Sri Sri Yoga

Having come back from Bangalor, India- I have been hard at work integrating Sri Sri Yoga into my daily practice, as well as doing Seva and attending weekly Knowledge @ Long Kriya and Satang! I beleive that this commitment to my Path has got through my relationship set-backs & daily stresses and look forward to sharing this Knowledge with others... TTC2 is in March, April '08, where I hope to qualify in Sri Sri Yoga and then the world is my oyster- where ever the Divine needs me!!
